1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and DIGITAL AYNS LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the MeridOS website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Description of Service

MeridOS provides a digital infrastructure platform for eSIM discovery, procurement, and management. We facilitate connections between users and global telecommunications infrastructure providers. We do not operate the physical cellular networks; we provide the digital layer for access.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments through various secure methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars or supported cryptocurrencies as indicated.

5. eSIM Usage and Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Compatibility can vary by country and carrier. Once an eSIM profile is downloaded and activated, refunds are generally not provided unless technical failure occurs within our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
