Information we collect
Contact and account information
We collect the email address you use for magic-link sign-in, purchase recovery, and support communication.
Order and fulfillment information
We store the plans you view or purchase, checkout and order identifiers, payment state, and install details needed to deliver and support your eSIM.
Support context
If you contact us, we may receive the device details, screenshots, travel context, and order references you choose to share so we can troubleshoot safely.
Limited product and diagnostic data
We may keep session, device, and service diagnostics needed to protect the service, resolve failures, and improve the beta experience.
How we use information
- Authenticate your session and send one-time magic links.
- Process checkout, confirm payment, and coordinate eSIM fulfillment.
- Show your order history, install guidance, and recovery options.
- Respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Service providers and partners
We share only the information needed to run MeridianOS with service providers and partners that help us operate the product. This can include:
- Payment processors that complete checkout securely on our behalf.
- Email, authentication, hosting, and infrastructure providers that operate the product.
- Connectivity and fulfillment partners that provision the purchased eSIM service.
Payment details are handled by the payment processor used for checkout. MeridianOS does not store full payment card numbers in the app.
Retention and security
We retain account, order, and support information for as long as needed to operate the service, provide order recovery, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against fraud or abuse.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
If you have privacy questions or want to request access, correction, or deletion review, contact us and we will review the request in line with applicable law and our operational obligations.
